About Aubley

Aubley: Institutional Private Credit for Dutch Private Investors

Aubley (Aubley Capital B.V.) is an Amsterdam-based issuer of fixed-rate bonds that opens the US private credit market to Dutch private investors. The company was incorporated in April 2025 as a subsidiary of Aubley Holding B.V., owned by PennantPark Private Holdings, LLC. Proceeds from its bond issues are deployed into PennantPark investment vehicles that finance acquisitions of established, non-listed companies β€” a market normally reserved for pension funds and insurers.

The Bond Programme

Aubley offers two fixed-rate bond variants, both with monthly interest payments and a minimum investment of EUR 100,000. Subscription is continuous β€” there are no fixed entry moments.

  1. Obligatie A β€” 6% fixed annual interest, 3-year term
  2. Obligatie B β€” 7% fixed annual interest, 5-year term (most chosen)
  3. Interest paid monthly at 1/12th of the annual rate; principal repaid in full at maturity
  4. Open to individuals and legal entities (BVs) with a Dutch bank account
