Overview
NLInvesteert (NLInvesteert B.V., founded 2015, headquartered in Barneveld) is one of the largest SME financing platforms in the Netherlands. Working through 18 regional offices, it has organised more than EUR 1.8 billion in financing for over 600 Dutch entrepreneurs, with more than EUR 800 million coming from private investors. 2024 was a record year with EUR 287 million in SME financing arranged.
How it works
NLInvesteert connects private investors with carefully vetted Dutch SME loans - for business acquisitions, real estate, working capital and sustainability - typically secured by mortgages, pledges on assets and personal guarantees. Investors can participate in individual projects from EUR 1,000 (9.2-12% interest, ~36 months) or through diversified funds.

Regulation and track record
NLInvesteert has been licensed by the AFM as a crowdfunding service provider under the EU ECSP regulation (2020/1503) since November 2022, is a member of the Kifid complaints institute, and in 2025 became the first financing platform accredited for state-guaranteed loans under the Dutch BMKB scheme. The platform reports over half a billion euros distributed in growth capital with very limited write-offs.
