The company listed on Nasdaq in 2012 and as of June 30, 2026 managed $485 billion across Global Private Equity ($163 billion), Global Credit ($211 billion) and Carlyle AlpInvest ($112 billion), with more than 2,500 people in 28 offices on four continents. Carlyle European Tactical Private Credit ELTIF (ETAC) is a Luxembourg semi-liquid ELTIF that puts 70-80% of assets into senior secured European private credit from Carlyle’s $211 billion credit platform. Class I-EUR returned 9.4% net in 2025 with an 8.0% distribution yield; fees are 1.2% plus 12% over a 4% hurdle; redemptions are quarterly with a 5% gate. €50,000 minimum for retail Class A.

Carlyle Private Equity Partners Fund EU (CPEP EU) is an evergreen Luxembourg Part II SICAV sub-fund. The fund invests in private equity, alongside Carlyle’s global private equity funds, mainly undertaking corporate buyouts in US, European and Asian markets. As at 31 July 2026 the fund had a Net Asset Value of USD 381.7m investing in 31 portfolio companies. The fund offers monthly subscriptions with quarterly redemptions up to 3% of the fund’s NAV and has a minimum investment of USD 25,000 (or EUR 100,000 in the Netherlands).
