Indosuez Wealth Management is the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole, one of the ten largest banks in the world. Looking back, Indosuez's roots date back to 1875 in the form of Banque de l'Indochine and Banque de Suez et de l'Union des Mines, through the historic evolution of Indosuez over the 150 years it has been looking after major private clients, families and entrepreneurs. Assets under management are currently of around €245 billion (as of December 2025) and the company has a network of 15 countries employing over 4,300 Wealth Management professionals in Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Canada. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Indosuez brings together in one single entity, the personalized service provided by private banking boutiques and the institutional strength of one of Europe's major banks. This has further enhanced its position as a European leader in wealth management following its transformative acquisition of Degroof Petercam, the Belgian bank managing assets worth of around €71 billion and bringing to the firm one of the top ESG focused asset management teams.
Indosuez offers a full range of services from cradle to grave, a unique position within the wealth management industry, supported by the full strength of the Crédit Agricole Group. The services offered by Indosuez go far beyond the scope of traditional private banking and include asset management, lending, M&A advisory, fund services and digital technology. Indosuez has established itself as a major player in private markets, with over €10 billion of alternative assets under management, spanning private equity, private debt and real estate. DPAM, its asset management subsidiary, offers institutional class asset management services with fully integrated ESG aspects. Its technology subsidiary, Azqore, develops innovative banking platforms for use by the private banks themselves and for sale on the third party market – a rare example of revenue diversification among wealth managers.
Based on an investment philosophy of discretionary or advisory management, depending on the wishes and level of expertise of the Client, Indosuez adopts a conviction-driven, risk-controlled approach via the discretionary or advisory management of equity, bond, multi-asset or alternative-instrument portfolios. Led by Chief Investment Officer Alexandre Drabowicz, the bank's global investment team drafts the asset allocation plans and selects the investment products to be included in the various client portfolios, based on both in-depth analyses and market research and an inventory of the best-in-class external funds. The range of investment possibilities at the Clients' disposal is considerable: the bank's Institutional Relationships enable access to co-investment, structuring of products carried out by CA CIB's capital markets teams and private transactions that are not accessible to individual or institutional investors otherwise. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria are fully incorporated into the investment process. By virtue of its partnership with DPAM (Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management), one of the leading independent firms specialising in sustainable investments in Europe, Indosuez is in a position to offer a complete range of sustainable investment solutions and products that meet the most demanding requirements. Finally, the presence of a team members in Paris, Geneva, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and Singapore guarantees a multi-regional view on developments in world markets.

Indosuez’s focus is on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and professional investors. The bank’s global reach across 15 countries and its strong multi-jurisdictional structuring expertise also positions Indosuez as a major cross-border wealth manager. Indosuez has carved out specific niches over time, including: - Serving entrepreneurs going through a change in ownership structure through the sale of their business or through M&A; - Supporting multigenerational families with aspects ranging from corporate governance to family succession planning; - Creating dedicated platforms for external asset managers and family offices. The acquisition of Degroof Petercam in 2024 has also further strengthened the bank’s offerings to institutional and professional investors, primarily in Belgium and the Netherlands. And with its ongoing European-wide consolidation drive — which includes an agreement signed in 2025 to acquire the Banque Thaler in Switzerland and BNP Paribas wealth management activities in Monaco — Indosuez is set to continue growing its business while maintaining the high-end, boutique-style relationship banking that is at the heart of its history and competitive positioning. Ultimately, Indosuez offers an attractive alternative for those looking for a European private bank with all the expertise, historical background and bespoke level of service associated with this banking model, whilst also benefiting from the balance sheet and wide range of financial services offered by a Tier-1 banking group. This model has allowed Indosuez to achieve multiple industry awards — such as being named Global Finance Best Bank in Monaco for the ninth year in a row, and by Asia Private Banker as the Best Boutique Bank in Southeast Asia — which reflect the quality of service given to clients across the world.
