Past performance does not predict future returns. NAV per share figures are the official month-end NAVs published on Brookfield's BPE SICAV fund page (as of July 31, 2026). Cumulative returns are derived arithmetically from the published NAV and the initial offer price of 25.00; they are not published by the manager, are not annualised and cover less than one year. The master fund management fee is waived for the first 12 months after November 1, 2025. Brookfield does not publish monthly returns for the SICAV; other share classes had not reported a NAV at this date.

Information about fund

BPE SICAV at a Glance

Brookfield Private Equity Fund (BPE SICAV) gives investors outside the United States access to Brookfield's evergreen private equity strategy, a strategy that US investors reach through a separate Delaware partnership and Canadians through a trust that feeds this SICAV. It is not BlackRock's private equity fund of the same abbreviation. The fund co-invests alongside Brookfield's institutional funds in control and structured positions, mostly in North American business services and industrial companies. At 31 July 2026 it held 14 private investments and had a net asset value of US$853.9 million. It opened to outside investors on 1 November 2025, so its track record is short.

Points to weigh. The fund is young: outside investors were first admitted in November 2025, the portfolio holds 14 companies and there is no full year of returns. Early NAV gains were earned while the 1.25% management fee was waived, and valuations are appraisal-based. Liquidity is quarterly, capped at 5% of NAV, with 60 days' notice and a 5% fee for exits within two years. The KID places it in risk class 6 of 7, and its scenarios exclude the waived management fee. Exposure is concentrated in North American business services and uses leverage. The reference currency is the US dollar and currency hedging is optional for the fund, so euro investors carry currency risk. Marketing in the Netherlands could not be confirmed.
