EQT Nexus at a Glance

EQT Nexus is the evergreen, semi-liquid private markets fund of Swedish investment organization EQT and was the firm’s first strategy open to individual investors when it was announced in May 2023. The vehicle is a feeder fund: an open-ended Luxembourg SICAV (UCI Part II) that invests substantially all of its assets in a sub-fund of EQT Nexus Fund (Master) FCP, giving exposure to EQT’s current and future private equity and value-add infrastructure funds alongside co-investments — approximately 50% to 70% of invested assets are allocated to EQT’s key funds within those two business lines.

Press coverage cites a net annual target return of 12–15%; the fund’s EUR class returned 12.35% in calendar 2024 and 5.21% in 2025, an outcome below that target range in 2025. In 2025 EQT extended the Nexus platform with EQT Nexus ELTIF Private Equity, an ELTIF 2.0 vehicle directed at non-professional investors in the EU and EEA at lower minimums, followed by an infrastructure ELTIF announced in April 2026. As EQT Nexus invests in private equity and alternative investments, investors receive no capital protection and can suffer losses up to 100% of their investment.
