Eurazeo Prime Strategic Opportunities (EPSO) is an evergreen private-equity secondaries fund. The fund was launched by Eurazeo at the end of 2025 as a sub-fund of the Luxembourg Eurazeo Prime umbrella. As a strategic secondaries fund focused on mature European mid-market companies, EPSO aims to invest in more than 100 underlying companies. Importantly, it does not carry the ELTIF 2.0 label, which is the case for its sister fund Eurazeo Prime Income Credit (EPIC). EUR 100 million+ of initial capital was invested by Eurazeo and one institutional investor. Importantly, Eurazeo Prime Strategic Opportunities (EPSO) is intended for distribution in eleven countries across Europe including the Netherlands.

Points to weigh: capital is locked for the first three years, and after that the quarterly 5% cap means a full exit can take time when many investors redeem at once. The fund is young, with no track record of its own; the figures above describe Eurazeo's secondaries programme, not this vehicle. Fee levels, ISIN codes and KID performance scenarios were not available in public sources at the time of writing, so investors should obtain the prospectus and KID from a distributor before committing. Secondary valuations rely on underlying fund reports that arrive with a lag.
