Points to weigh. The fund is young: it has less than one calendar year of history, so no performance figures are published and the KID scenarios, ranging from -2.01% (stress) to 10.76% (favourable) a year over five years, are illustrations rather than forecasts. Liquidity is limited by design: quarterly redemptions are capped at 5% of NAV, requests can be scaled back or suspended, and selling within two years can cost up to 5% of NAV. The management fee is waived only for 2026, so ongoing costs are expected to rise afterwards, on top of a 12.5% performance participation. Assets are largely valued in currencies other than the euro, and hedging of EUR classes is at the manager's discretion. The fund invests next to other KKR vehicles, which creates allocation and valuation conflicts that the prospectus describes.
