Created in 2001 as the private equity arm of the Edmond de Rothschild group under the name of Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (EDRIP), Andera Partners became independent in April 2018 through a management buy-out. As of 30 September 2025, the independent asset manager managed EUR 5.1bn of assets under management. In 2025 it raised EUR 1.2bn, roughly double the amount collected in the previous year. - Andera Acto — sponsorless mezzanine debt and minority equity, backing management teams that hold at least 25% of their company's capital; its fifth vintage, Acto V, closed at EUR 1.1 billion in February 2026, above its EUR 1 billion hard cap

- Andera Co-Invest — co-investment vehicles alongside the firm's strategies
Private Wealth Vehicles
Besides the institutional funds, Andera Partners manages Andera Dette Privée, an evergreen private debt fund structured under the ELTIF 2.0 framework and distributed as a unit-linked option in MACSF insurance contracts since October 2024. In February 2026 the firm announced its intention to develop two further evergreen vehicles under the ELTIF framework for private investors, Andera Rendement Privé and Andera MBO.
