Capital Group KKR U.S. Equity+ is the first product of the Capital Group–KKR partnership: an interval fund that began operations on 2 March 2026 and holds roughly 59% in large- and mid-cap US stocks selected by Capital Group’s equity team and 38% in KKR private equity investments, through the KKR Private Equity Conglomerate and co-investment vehicles. It is built for ordinary retail investors: a $1,000 minimum, quarterly offers to repurchase 5% of shares, and net expense ratios from 0.76% (F-2) to 1.05% (Class A) after waivers. It ended its first month with $99 million of net assets and a loss of about 3.2%, in line with the equity market.
