Swiss Life Privado Infrastructure is an open-ended ELTIF launched by Swiss Life Asset Managers in the spring of 2024 with a seed portfolio of more than 40 unlisted infrastructure companies. The objective is stable, inflation-linked cash flows from core, core-plus and value-add assets across OECD countries. As of July 2026 the portfolio was spread across communications (27.5%), social infrastructure (26.8%), transport (20.3%), renewable energy (14.6%) and utilities (10.8%), with large positions in Spanish toll-road operator Itinere Infraestructuras (16.9%), air-ambulance operator Eliance (12.7%), Norwegian hydropower company FORTE Vannkraft and the social-infrastructure platform Educare.

Performance has been steady rather than spectacular. The EUR accumulating class launched on 19 August 2024 had returned 4.6% a year since inception by 31 July 2026 — 11.5% cumulative — with 6.4% in calendar 2025 and 3.6% over the last twelve months, at a volatility of about 3%. There is no performance fee. The fund can borrow up to 50% of its assets, and the recommended holding period is at least seven years.
