Overview
BB Capital is a Dutch private markets investment manager headquartered at Schenkkade 50 in The Hague. Founded in 2007 by Susan van Koeveringe, the firm launched its Fund Investments platform in 2018, pioneering access to institutional-grade private equity for Dutch private investors. Today BB Capital manages more than EUR 500 million for over 300 entrepreneurs, families and professionals.
The evergreen fund-of-funds platform
All BB Capital funds share an evergreen fund-of-funds structure that the firm introduced to the Dutch market with its Private Equity Fund in 2018: no fixed maturity, participation in an active portfolio from day one, no unexpected capital calls, and quarterly dividend distributions with optional automatic reinvestment. Investors can exit after five years while the fund retains its evergreen character.
