Overview
The BB Capital Private Credit Fund, launched in June 2024, applies BB Capital's evergreen fund-of-funds model to private credit - the market for direct corporate lending outside traditional banking channels. According to the manager it is the first evergreen private credit fund-of-funds available to Dutch private investors.
Investment Strategy
The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of specialised private credit funds focused on direct lending to mid-sized companies, predominantly through senior debt instruments backed by collateral. Returns are income-driven, targeting a stable 6-8% net per year with historically less volatility than equity markets.
