KKR Private Markets Equity Fund (K-PRIME) is KKR’s evergreen private equity fund for non-US investors, a Luxembourg Part II SICAV launched on 1 May 2023 that reached $7.4 billion and 127 portfolio investments by 31 January 2026 across KKR’s buyout, growth, core and impact strategies in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The R-USD class had returned 35.1% since inception, or 11.5% a year, with 2.4% volatility. Fees are 1.00% a year for the first 60 months and up to 1.25% thereafter, plus a 15% performance allocation above a 5% hurdle with full catch-up and a high-water mark. Subscriptions are monthly and redemptions quarterly with a 5% gate across parallel vehicles, a 5% back-end charge within 24 months and an exceptional liquidity programme at a 10% penalty; minimums start at $25,000.
