Tikehau European Private Credit (TEPC) is a sub-fund of Tikehau Private Strategies, a Luxembourg Part II SICAV supervised by the CSSF, and qualifies as an open-ended ELTIF 2.0. Managed by Tikehau Investment Management SAS, it was launched publicly on 5 June 2025 with close to EUR 70 million of Tikehau Capital's own capital and lends senior secured, floating-rate debt to mid-sized European companies alongside the group's institutional credit vehicles (credit platform EUR 25.2 billion at 30 June 2026).
