Secondaries for Private Wealth, at Scale
CollerEquity, formally the Coller Private Equity Secondaries Fund, is the Luxembourg evergreen vehicle that brings LP-led and GP-led secondaries to private wealth clients of Coller Capital, the secondaries pioneer founded in 1990. It surpassed $1 billion in November 2025 and had a net asset value of $2.0 billion at 30 June 2026, with more than 50 secondary transactions in 140-plus private equity funds giving indirect exposure to over 1,400 companies; the mix was 67% LP-led, 30% GP-led and a small slice of co-investments. The USD I-AA class has returned 33% cumulatively since launch, or 18.2% a year, with 16% over the last twelve months. Subscriptions are monthly and redemptions quarterly; minimums run from €100,000 to €250,000 depending on the country, professional investors only. The manager has traded as Coller EQT since EQT completed its $3.2 billion acquisition of Coller Capital in 2026.

The fund’s Master Fund invests in EQT’s current and future private equity and value-add infrastructure funds as well as co-investments. The fund is currently sized at EUR 1.58bn (Jul 2026) and has a minimum subscription price of EUR 25,000 for share class A EUR-Z. Subscriptions can be made on a monthly basis and redemptions on a quarterly basis. Net redemptions are capped at 5% of the fund’s NAV on a quarterly basis.
Franklin Lexington PE Secondaries Fund (FLEX-I)
The Luxembourg-domiciled evergreen private equity secondaries fund FLEX-I is co-advised by Franklin Templeton and Lexington Partners, one of the pioneers of the secondary market. The fund buys diversified portfolios of LP interests, GP-led deals and co-investments, offers monthly subscriptions from $25,000 and has quarterly redemptions at up to 5% of NAV. As of July 2026, NAV was $2.31 billion.
