Partners Group Private Loans is one of the oldest evergreen private credit funds available to private investors: a Luxembourg SICAV-SIF launched in 2007 that lends directly to mid-market companies in Europe and North America, with around 85% in senior direct lending. It is managed by the same Zug-based platform that runs the $186 billion Partners Group, and offers monthly subscriptions with quarterly redemptions subject to limits, a €100,000 minimum, a 0.65% management fee and a 10% performance fee. Even the largest evergreen managers apply liquidity limits when needed: in June 2026 Partners Group activated the 5% quarterly cap on its private equity sibling, Global Value SICAV, after redemption requests reached 9.8% of NAV.
