AXA Financement Entreprises at a Glance

AXA Financement Entreprises is a French FPS approved by the AMF as an ELTIF 2.0 on 9 August 2024 — AXA IM Alts’ first evergreen private credit vehicle under the new regime, launched under the Loi Industrie Verte as a unit-linked option in AXA France life insurance, capitalisation and PER contracts. AXA France seeded it with EUR 300m and individual savers added more than EUR 230m by the end of 2024. Since the merger of AXA IM Paris into BNP Paribas AM Europe on 31 December 2025, the latter is the management company of record, with part of the private debt delegated to CAPZA.
