MCF II follows a strict due diligence process and targets buyout and late-stage growth deals in North America and Europe.

Moonfare Core III is a closed-end private equity fund providing diversified exposure to top-tier buyout and secondary funds. It aims to construct a portfolio of 8-12 funds, comprising mid-to-large-cap private equity investments predominantly in North America and Europe. The fund targets high diversification across geographies, sectors, and investment styles while maintaining competitive fees and low minimums.

Moonfare Secondary Fund provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of private equity secondaries, including both LP and GP-led transactions. The fund is structured as an open-ended vehicle, allowing for periodic liquidity while targeting efficient capital deployment. It seeks to capitalize on pricing inefficiencies in secondary markets by acquiring assets at a discount to NAV, potentially generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors.
