Moonfare Co-Investment Fund II (MCF II) is a closed-end private equity co-investment fund that invests directly in 12-15 diversified buyout deals. The fund sources deals through Moonfare’s global network of over 250 top-tier General Partners and primary fund relationships. It aims to provide institutional and individual investors access to high-quality co-investments at lower fees than traditional PE funds. MCF II follows a strict due diligence process and targets buyout and late-stage growth deals in North America and Europe.

Moonfare Secondary Fund provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of private equity secondaries, including both LP and GP-led transactions. The fund is structured as an open-ended vehicle, allowing for periodic liquidity while targeting efficient capital deployment. It seeks to capitalize on pricing inefficiencies in secondary markets by acquiring assets at a discount to NAV, potentially generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors.
