Investment strategy

The fund provides private loans to, and can take equity stakes in, unlisted projects and enterprises that accelerate the energy transition, focusing primarily on the Netherlands with a smaller allocation to emerging markets. Financed themes include solar and wind generation, energy storage, charging infrastructure, heat-cold storage, circular production, sustainable mobility and energy-efficient buildings.

  • At least 80% of the loan portfolio consists of senior, non-subordinated secured loans; as of 31 August 2026 the portfolio held 66.4% senior loans, 11.1% subordinated loans, 1.0% equity participations and 21.5% cash and other assets
