BridgeFund Beleggen is not a fund. Investors lend from EUR 100,000 to Stichting Capital BridgeFund at a fixed rate per term, and the foundation lends the pooled money on to BridgeFund B.V., an Amsterdam lender that provides short-term loans of EUR 5,000 to EUR 250,000 to Dutch SMEs. The investor's claim is on the foundation, which holds a pledge over the whole SME loan book; there is no selection of individual loans. On 28 September 2026 the rates ranged from 3.75% for the flexible variant to 6.00% for five years. The programme is not supervised by the AFM.

Points to weigh. The investor lends to a foundation whose repayment depends on BridgeFund B.V. and its SME loan book; the pledge and the 110% minimum coverage ratio do not remove the risk of loss. BridgeFund made its first annual operating profit in 2025 (EUR 1.1 million) after a EUR 12.1 million loss in 2024. Its 2024 brochure allows investor money to be used for operations when coverage exceeds 110%, and the coverage ratio includes expected future interest. Borrower default rates are not published and the informatiememorandum is available only on request. The programme is outside AFM supervision, is not a bank deposit, and fixed-term loans cannot be sold or redeemed early.
