Marktlink VC fund III is the third venture-capital fund of funds from Marktlink Capital, the Amsterdam manager that packages institutional funds for Dutch and Belgian entrepreneurs. It closed in 2025 at its €80 million maximum, as part of a €520 million raise alongside the fifth private equity fund of funds, and invests in roughly 10 to 25 venture and growth funds across Europe and North America backing software, biotech and AI companies. The minimum investment is €250,000, the term twelve years plus a one-year extension, and fees are 0.9% a year plus a 10% performance fee at the fund-of-funds level. As with all Marktlink funds there is no liquidity before the underlying funds realise their exits.
