Points to weigh. Costs are high for a debt fund: 1.60% a year, a 25% performance fee and a 0.95% exit fee; in 2024 total costs reached 4.27% of average assets because of the performance fee. The risk indicator of 2 reflects past price movements, not the credit risk of the securitisation tranches in the portfolio, and 2022 ended with a loss of 2.63%. Most holdings are unlisted, the largest position is 12.90% of the fund, and weekly redemptions can be deferred or suspended. The fund almost tripled in size between the end of 2024 and August 2026. The EID of 1 August 2026 and the supplement of 1 September 2026 describe the performance-fee hurdle differently.
